Facility using a chlorine based sanitizer in mechanical warewashing machine, test strips on premise are for a quatenary based sanitizer.

Mechanical ware washing machine dispensing too much sanitizer - over 200 PPM. PIC called technician at time of inspection. Will switch over to three compartment sink in the mean time.
