    Observation: The facility does not have a diarrhea vomit clean up plan. I provided a noro clean up document and the person in charge stated she would copy it and place it into protocol.

    Observation: The hand sink did not have paper towels stored by it. The person in charge placed paper towels at the han dsink.

    Observation: The facility does not have a certified food protection manager.
