Observation: Food establishment must have procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomiting and diarrheal events that involve the discharge of bodily fluids such as vomitus or fecal matter onto any surface within the food establishment to reduce foodborne disease transmission. Discussed with the manager and provided handouts.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation:Left door of reach-in cooler has a torn gasket. Must replace gasket to maintain proper seal.
- Storage of clean equipment and utensils
Observation: Boxed of single use items (plastic silverware) stored on the second floor in storage area on the floor. All single use utensils must be stored at least 6' inches off the floor. Store on the shelves. Corrected on site.
- Posting inspection reports
Observation: The last inspection was posted but not visible for consumers to view. Move the license in a conspicuous place for consumers to view. Corrected on site.
- Responsibility of food employees and conditional employees to report
Observation: All food employees must read and sign Food Employee Illnesses Reporting Agreement. Verblized understanding, discussed and provided the forms to manager.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Handwashing sign not posted at the handwashing sink i women's restroom. Every handsink use by employee should have sign posted reminding employee to wash their hands.Corrected on site.

Observation:Staff with nail polish on, must use gloves at all times working with food when have artificial nails or polish on.

Observation:Cookies and muffins made in main kitchen need to be labeled with ingredients since wrapped to go.

Observation:Has coffee urn parts resting on cloth towels, must separate with webbing or other nonabsorbent material.

Observation:Has coffee urns stored next to handsink, must move to area where are not at risk of splashing from handwashing.
