Observation: Quat sanitizer bottles tested low, 0 ppm. Quat dispenser concentration tested low. 0 ppm. Inspector assisted person in charge and manually made a batch of quat solution at the correct concentration and filled up spray bottles. Person in charged contacted chemical service company to come onsite and repair the dispenser.

Observation: Chili (91F)was not reheated as required by food code before being placed into hot well. Cook had just heated chili, they removed and reheated.
