Observation: raw shell eggs stored over tomatoes and other ready to eat food items in walkin cooler. Raw chicken stored in smae tub as cooked ham in reach in cooler by grill area.

Observation: Several items in walk in cooler not easily identifiable and not labeled w/ common name of food product.

Observation: cut onions and other cut and diced vegetables not date marked in reachin cooler by grill area.

Observation: No chemical sanitizer for any warewashing sinks.
