Bad service, restaurant was visibly dirty, bathrooms were so dirty I wouldn't even let my 4 year old sit down to go potty and we had to leave and go to a near by gas station. I was also served salsa that was bad, server did bring out fresh salsa and apologized as well as confirmed the salsa was spoiled however, by that point I had already consumed some which led to that discovery. If proper food safety guidlines were being followed that would have been completely avoided. They need to have a random inspection before someone gets sick.
