Observation: One wet mop improperly air drying. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, EQUIPMENT, or supplies. Staff educated and verbalized understanding. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observation: Had a bottle of Quat sanitizer with chlorine test strips. The owner purchased some chlorine during this inspection to use the chlorine test strips. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observation: 1)The Women's restroom is missing some wood per the owner the wood is missing to attempt to repair the door closure. REPAIR THE WOOD THAT IS MISSING.2) The front counter is not a smooth, cleanable, nonabsorbent surface due to 6 areas that had a display case. REPAIR AS NEEDED TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH, CLEANABLE, AND NONABSORBENT SURFACE.

Observation: The following non food contact surfaces shall be resurfaced to provide a smooth, cleanable nonabsorbent surface. 1) The back counter where the particle board is exposed.2) Under the front counter area near the glass shelving.3)The box at the front counter 1 1/2 layer has an area that has expose wood shall cover this area.

Observation: Some of the food establishment has base board finish installing the remainder of base boards to provide a cleanable, washable and nonabsorbent surface.

Observation: No sanitizer at this time of inspection. SHALL have a type of sanitizer and test strips for that particular sanitizer.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: All the handwashing sinks shall have a sign posted when food employees must wash their hands. Post at all the handwashing sinks. Given signs during this inspection.
