Observation: no hand soap available at the sink in the bar.
- Disclosure of menu items offered or served raw or undercooked
Observation: there is currently no consumer advisory on the menu that informs the customer of the potential hazards associated with eating under-cooked raw animal foods. Additionally, each raw animal food that can be ordered under-cooked must be identified on the menu or with place-cards. Guidance document left for reference and please email your draft solution to the inspector within ten-days.

Observation: there is currently no written procedure to guide employees on proper cleaning/sanitizing procedures to follow in the event of vomit or bodily fluid discharge.
- Self-draining equipment including
sinks, drainboards, and equipment compartments
- Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
Observation: there is not an employee with supervisory responsibility associated with this establishment who has successfully completed a Certified Food Protection Manager course. Candidate has six-months for completion and please email a copy of the certificate to the inspector.
- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation: a thin-probe tip-sensitive digital thermometer is needed for use on thinly cooked foods like burger patties.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation: raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in two reach-in coolers. Corrected by moving eggs to the walk-in cooler.
