    Butter left out at room temp 73F, shall be 41F or below. They will use time as a public health control and have the butter stay out 4 hrs and to monitor this they will mark when the product is to be discarded when it comes out of the fridge. Any leftovers shall be discarded after 4 hrs. Corrected at time of inspection
