Observation: No hand washing sign at bar handwashing sink. Inspector left hand washing signage with Person in Charge.
- Sanitizers
Observation: Quat sanitizer at the bar three compartment sink test high, over 400 ppm. PIC corrected sanitizer. Quat sanitizer at all kitchen stations were below 100 ppm. Person in Charge refilled all quat sanitizers with proper concentrations.
- Hand drying provided
Observation: No disposable paper towels available at bar handwashing sink. Person in Charge refilled paper towel dispenser.

Observation:Employee drink with no tight fitting lid stored on the bar ice well. PIC discarded employee beverage.

Observation:Bar chemical dish machine was not sanitizing. Chlorine tested at 0 ppm. PIC turned off machine. The bar has a three compartment sink that can be used until dish machine is repaired. A service tech was contacted during inspection, and stated they would be onsite within an hour to repair the unit.

Observation:Disposable paper towels not available at the bar hand washing sink. PIC fixed the paper towel machine.
