    Observation:Door handles on refrigerated prep table are heavily soiled with dried food residue. Shelving units in the food prep areas and in the walkin cooler are heavily soiled with food residue and dust. Door gaskets on refrigerated prep table soiled with food residue. Exterior surfaces of dry ingredient containers are excessively soiled with food residue. Interior of refrigerated prep table is soiled with food residue.

    Observation: Establishment has placed a table over the handsink that is required in the 3 compartment sink area and disconnected the plumbing. Establishment has 90 days to reinstall an operating handwashing sink with hot and cold running water in this location.
