1) Floor by freezers has cracked tile and missing pieces. Must replace broken/missing tile to provide a smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent surface. 2) Lights in server area, and pizza area are not shielded or shatter resistant. Must provide shatter resistant bulbs or adequate covers to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.

1) The True cooler by the pizza oven (right door) and the Pepsi cooler on line both have torn gaskets. Must replace gasket to ensure adequate temp is maintained. 2) Pizza cooler cutting board and 2 door prep cooler cutting board on line both have become scored and soiled. Must resurface or replace boards to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination. 3) The following areas have become soiled and must be cleaned: slicer, pizza oven, pepsi cooler on line, True 2 door cooler (inside), and pop dispenser drip tray. All areas must be cleaned to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.
