    Observation:plastic wrap dispenser is soiled and greasy. prep board at salad cooler has been put back in place without being properly dried. Odor noted from this are.

    Observation: Unable to describe the diseases that are reportable by law. Review the illnesses with all staff along with signs/symptoms that they are required to report.
