Observation: Pest evidence in basement.
- Maintaining premises free of litter and unnecessary equipment
Observation: Extra items in basement do not allow for inspection of the premise for pests.
- Equipment used for heating, holding, and cooling of food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide adequate food temperatures
Observation: Establishment does not have equipment sufficient for holding food cold during food prep- such as making sandwiches during the lunch hour.
