Observation:Mold is forming on the ceiling in the walk in cooler. The floors need cleaning under the waitress stations.

Observation:The hand sink at the bar is out of order and the faucet is leaking at the three compartment sink. Repair has been contacted. The hand sink in the prep area is to be used until this gets fixed.
