Handwashing facilities were removed from back of the house when shelving was removed and other items were organized. Sink needs to be installed in back.

Heavy grease buildup on hood vents. Vents may not be adequate for type of food operation.

Walls in floors in kitchen and prep area area heavily soiled with grease. All places where grease and food have built up need to be degreased, cleaned and sanitized.
