Observation: Thermometers in the kitchen are not calibrated as needed. Noted a 20 degree difference between one thermometer and the other two.

Observation: Handles of utensils in storage soiled with food debris. Utensils were placed in the warewashing area to be cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: Warewashing sink and prep sink in the kitchen supplied with handwashing signage, hand soap, and hand drying paper towels. Signage, soap, and towels were removed from these locations.

Observation: Bug spray labeled "do not allow the spray to contact food or food contacting surfaces" found in the kitchen. Spray was removed from the premises.
