Observation: Numerous bucket being used to collect drippage from the pipes from ceiling. Condensate drainage and other non sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to Law. Call for service.

Observation: Waste water from laundromat caused strong sewage odor throughout the store. Sewage must be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system or other system, including use of SEWAGE waste retention tanks, pumps,pipes, hoses, and connections that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to Law. Call for service.

Observation: Single used plastic items stored on the floor in back storage area where is the waste water from laundromat going to the waste water tank and has very strong odor that spread throughout the whole store. Removed the from the air and off the floor.

Observation:retail case holding meat sandwiches at 46 degrees (center shelf) and fruit cups at 55 degrees (top shelf) lowest shelf is at 40 degrees. Apparent circulation issue with cooling all PHF discarded from all but lowest shelf. Servioe to be called.

Observation:Older inspection report posted, must post most recent inspection within public view.
- Equipment and utensils are adequately rinsed after washing
Observation:Was not rinsing washed dishes before putting in sanitizer solution, soap may decrease effectiveness of sanitizer.

Observation:Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution, ie red bucket, when wet and not in use.

Observation:Has spray bottle of bleach in excess of 200 ppm, diluted to 100 ppm now, test frequently to ensure proper concentration being used on food contact surfaces.

Observation:Has older license posted, current license on mgr bulletin board, must be posted in public view.

Observation:Has two deli meats open in reach in cooler not date marked in kitchen, cook knew date opened and labeled both now. All PHF must be date marked and used in first 7 days and discarded.

Observation:1)Light shield missing in walk in freezer. 2)Light shield detached on several bulbs in kitchen reattach to protect from shattering debris.

Observation:Ice scoop being stored on top of ice machine, must store on tray or other means to protect surface of scoop from contamination.

Observation:Need chlorine test strips for use of bleach in kitchen.

Observation:Prep table in kitchen has detaching gasket and lid liner detaching, must repair to protect foods contained in unit from insulation and temp changes, reports work order has been sent.
- Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
Observation:1)Has open roast beef with no date marking in walk in cooler, no one knows when opened, discarded now. 2)Has iced coffee product that has instructions to use by 7 days on door, is now past the 7 days, discarded today. Has labeled for 10 days, must show proof that this is a 10 day hold product and change instructions on door.
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
Observation:1)Shaker of white powder at front counter and cinn/sugar container in kitchen, neither labeled with common name to identify contents, label to prevent confusion.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation:Has container of donut glaze on floor in kitchen, must store at least 6 inches off floor.
