A thin probe tip sensitive digital thermometer is required for checking the cook temperatures of thin foods such as burger patties and chicken tenders.

Observed shredded cheese and diced tomatoes on prep table at 63*. Placed under refrigeration for correction.

Observed raw shell eggs stored above drinks in the reach-in cooler that must be relocated and stored in a manner whereby raw egg dripping will not contaminate other ready to eat foods.
