    Observation: No date marking on required items such as meats in walk-in cooler.

    Observation: Back door wit air gaps and light coming through.

    Observation: Foods on buffet hot hold temped between 98-115*. Foods were re-heated during inspection. Corrected.

  • Raw animal foods separated from each other during storage, separation, holding, and display
    Observation: Raw chicken stored above eggs in walk in cooler. Chicken was moved to a different shelf during inspection. Corrected.

    Observation: Foods on buffet not covered by salad bar cover. Foods were covered with plastic wrap during inspection. Corrected.

food was cold and gross it made me sick on the way home my stomach is still going crazy and i ate it 4 hours ago.
