    Observation: The soda and ice machines had mold build up on them. Person in charge voluntarily cleaned the residue off the machines during the inspection. Corrected.

  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
    Observation:Ceiling tiles around air vents with buildup.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation:Underside of ice cream machine along with the top has build up, to be clean and sanitized. Underside of smoothie machine and equipment to be cleaned and sanitized. Shelving with debris and areas between equipment with debris.
