    Observation: Daylight coming through floor wall juncture in s. wall.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No test kit for checking sanitizer strength.
  • Plumbing system repaired according to law
    Observation: Hot water does not shut off on left faucet on triple sink it is currently being shut off manually which turns off hot water to hand sink.

  • Capacity, availability, and pressure of hot and cold water
    Hot water has to be turned on and off manually through valve in the pipe to prevent hot water from running constantly through triple sink faucet. Faucet needs repaired.
  • Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
    Observed pork loain holding at 80 degrees. Moved to another roaster to reheat.
  • PHF/TCS food that is cooked and cooled on premises is reheated within 2 hours to 165°F or above for 15 seconds for hot holding
    Observed pork meat holding at 120 degrees. Items were placed into roaster at 9:00am and there were no documentation of reheating temperature within 2 hrs.
