    Observed metal tops to cheese shakers rusted.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Grease laden walls, discolored behind equipment, on floors and behind ware washing equipment, Drain and trough under steam jacketed kettles are heavily soiled and foul smell noticed
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Observed degreaser on the shelving by food. Removed at time of inspection.
  • Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
    Noodles held on ice holding above 41. Spagetti 46, bowtie 55, penne 57. Discarded at time of inspection. Smaller quantities brought out. Discussed with management getting mechanical cold hold system. --observed lasagna below temp at 124*. Discarded at time of inspection. water was added to hot well.

    Observed metal tops to cheese shakers rusted.

Workers were eating in the back where they prepare the food.totally digusting.an all she said was that lady is one break as there was two others eating back there as well that including the lady that handed me the food in the drive thru.
