    Observation: Handsink in prep area does not have a soap dispenser. Provide and stock a soap dispenser to prep area handsink.

    Observation: Prep area handsink not stocked with paertowels. This item was marked on 2016, 2013, and 2012 inspection.
  • Posting inspection reports
    Observation: Post license in public area readable to consumer.
  • Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with law, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food, as specified under 2-201.11(A)
    Observation: Staff were unaware of employee health reporting requirements. Staff need to be educated on how to respond to diseases transmissible through food.Form 1b provided at inspection may be used as a tool. It should be noted that this was marked on 2008, 2012, and 2016 inspection.
  • Prohibited storage areas for clean equipment and utensils
    Observation: storage of single service bowls under handsink drain line. remove and store away from a drain pipe.

    Observation: Post most recent inspection in public area readable to consumer.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: Hard boiled eggs measured 58.9 and 57.5 degrees respectively in cold holding for consumer. Eggs were discarded at inspection. Yogurt in cold holding for consumer measured 50.0 degrees at inspection. yogurt was corrected by discarding at inspection.
  • A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
    Observation: A cooking thermometer is not provided to verify cook temperatures or hot and cold holding temperatures. Provide a thin foods thermometer as there are thin foods on the menu.
