    Observation: Toxic cleaners are stored on and above disposable gloves and deli tissues. Deli tissues and gloves are to be stored away from chemicals. Assistant manager has moved this product.
  • Common name-working containers
    Observation: Spray bottle on shelf with no label. Asst manager disposed of the cleaner. Mark all chemical spray bottles with label.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No test strips available for testing sanitizer concentration. Manager will order on Friday. Strips will verify the proper concentration of sanitizer.
  • Drying mops
    Observation: Wet mop was sitting on the floor. Mop was moved to sink to air dry. Manager will buy a hanger so that wet mop heads can dry properly.
