  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Handsink by back window has a pliers for a handle. Proper handle for handsink will be installed by 12-14-2015
  • Identifying information-original container
    Observation: Spray bottle of degreaser was not labeled. It is now marked.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: North freezer in kitchen is draining onto the floor when in defrost stage. This is causeing water on the floor which drains to low spot under the rug. Either drain hose to a plumbing drain or put pans under the drip and change daily.

    Observation: Both sauces will be reheated to 165 degrees in 2 hours. Kitchen staff have been trained.
