    Observation:Observed bare hand contact with sandwich toppings and buns from customer window. Corrected on site when inspector was noticed. Had some confusion on when gloves were required.

    Observation: Routine inspection due to complaint on thawing procedures. No documentation in place to prove that employees follow food code when thawing and prevent cross contamination and prevent growth of bacteria while thawing.

    Observation: Employees on cook line are not knowledgeable of cook temperatures. Cook temperatures are documented but not consistently.
  • Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
    Observation: Observed employees handling foods with bare hands on sandwich side of things.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Floor wall juncture in front prep areas are not clean.
