    Observation: Observed prep line cooler right inside door at 48*, turned unit down is working properly. --Observation: Observed sandwich cooler in the coffee house was running 45*.

    Observed raw beef patties in prep table next to ready to eat lettuce and tomatoes. The chef removed patties, put in cooler under table. Corrected at time of inspection

    Observed small cutting boards in food prep area have deep cutting marks and discolored. Management said they were going to resurface them or replace. Corrected at time of inspection
