    Can opener needs cleaning. Measuring cheese with a cup with no handle-repeat violation.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1°C or ±2°F in the intended range of use
    Thermometer that was in the food was reading 5-6 degrees lower than the two thermometers I used during this inspection. Calibrate thermometers often using a cup or glass with 1/2 crushed ice and 1/2 water and it should read 32 in a short amount of time. Refer to Food Safety Manual for more details. Always check a variety of temp's of food product.
