Whole muscle steaks held in same pan as ground beef. Corrected. Raw fish stored under beef in walkin cooler.

Wall/floor juncture under dish machine in poor repair and missing coving. Wall/shelf above dirty dish table is in poor repair - noted on the last few reports.
