    Observation: Reach in cooler holding milk, ham, cooked oatmeal, at 45*. Food were moved to walkin cooler. Morning Temps were recorded at 38*. Service reachin cooler and send service ticket to inspector by 11/10/15 for verification.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: Interior of ice machine is soiled. Send correction verification to inspector by 11/10/15.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: No signage posted at handwashing sink. www.profoodsafety.org
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation: Cooked meatloaf, chicken, and pasta were not datemarked with preparation date. Meatloaf discarded, other foods were datemarked at time of inspection.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No test strips available for measuring Quat sanitizer.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Package of raw ground beef stored with lettuce and tomatoes. Produce was discarded.
