    Observation: Facility has clean-up kit but no established procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Provided information to Manger to post it and educate employee. Corrected on site.
  • Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
    Observation: Vent hoods in kitchen area have dust buildup on screens.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: Did not have correct test strips (quat) to check the concentration of sanitizer.
  • Food storage containers identified with common name of food
    Observation: Bulk containers with food items such as sugar and white powder (flour) not labeled with common name under table in the kitchen. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Mop hooks or hangers must be provided to properly air dry mops.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: There is an open hole through the wall for a gas line behind the vulcan oven. The hole will need to be caulked, siliconed or or covered with an escutcheon cover.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: No available hand soap, paper towels, signage reminding employees to wash hands, or trash cans. All must be visible and or available.
  • Design and construction of equipment including
    hot oil filtering equipment, can openers, non-food contact surfaces, kick plates, ventilation hood systems filters, bearings and gear boxes, and condenser units
  • Mechanical warewashing machine pressure measuring devices, data plate, internal baffles, and flow pressure device
    Observation: No pressure gauge on the dish machine. Pressure gauge must be provided to assure proper sanitizing of dish surfaces.
  • Backflow protection
