Observation: Several wet cloths were on prep table and not stored in sanitizer solutions or hanged on to allow air dry between uses. Manager stored them to air dry, Corrected on site.

Observation: Several service lines (water, electrical, etc.) throughout the kitchen penetrate the exterior wall leaving large gaps around the service lines. Gaps must be sealed to prevent entry of pests.
