Observation: Food packages not labeled in English are not compliant with Food Law as stated in 21 CFR 101. Establishment shall not receive and must reject foods that are not labeled properly. THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM SALE IMMEDIATELY. Inspector will recheck at 3PM tomorrow, and if items have not been removed establishment will be closed until in compliance.

Observation: The following soft processed cheeses were found to be moldy and expired: Z pomidorami (exp. 12/2011 and 2/2014), z paprika (exp. 12/2012), tylzycki (exp. 1/2014), holenderski (exp. 12/2012), Z czosnkiem (exp. 2/2014), z warzywami (exp. 12/2012), ze slonecznikiem exp. (3/2012), Gouda (exp. 1/2014) -- all were voluntarily discarded
- Consumer warnings are provided according to law and food establishment or manufacturers dating information may not be concealed or altered
Observation: observed manufacturers' dating information on foods that was concealed (covered with label or price sticker). Owner states some of the labels are placed on product before he receives them. Inspector was not able to determine if dates had been altered. Owner repacking smoked fish -- items not labeled and were removed from sale.
