    Beef Burritos and Roller Bites w/ sausage in hot case were temped at 115 and 117 degrees respectively. Owner advised that he had cooked them in microwave at 8:00am. Product was disposed of. Thermometer on Hot Case was working and indicated same temp., owner was not checking.
