Observation: Hot water sanitize temperatures on dish machine do not turn strips black. Belt speed was running at approx. 20 ft. per 1 min 20 seconds - belt speed was slowed to 20 ft per 1 mine 40 seconds and strips still didn't turn black,.
- Air drying of equipment and utensils
Observation: Plastic materials are not being air dryed because they come out wet of the machine.
