Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours Observation: Cooked noodles and rice were not date marked. The units were dated prior to me leaving.
Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings Observation: The vent hood above the oven was missing a vent filter.
Eating, drinking, or using tobacco Observation: One drinking cup was uncovered in the food prep area. The unit was removed.

Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events Observation: The facility does not have a diarrhea vomit clean up plan in place. I provided them with a noro clean up document and the PIC stated they would copy it and place it into protocol.

Hand drying provided Observation: The sinks did not have any paper towels.
Disclosure of menu items offered or served raw or undercooked Observation: If salmon is going to be under cooked there needs to be a disclosure on the menu and it has to be asterisked.
Handwashing signage Observation: The sinks did not have hand wash signs placed by them.

Observation: The facility does not have a sick policy in place. I provided a sick policy and the PIC stated they would place it into protocol.
Multiuse food contact surfaces are cleanable Observation: The cutting boards are not cleanable and shall be discarded or resurfaced. Steel sponges were not clean to sight.
