Observation: There were was a pan and gallon can lid in the hand washing sink. Corrected on site by removing.

Observation: There was a towel on top of the dough.

Observation: The sanitizer was not registering in the mechanical warewash. Corrected on site by switching to a new container of sanitizer. The sanitzer was not registering behind the bar for sanitizing glasses. Corrected on site.
