    Observation: walk-in cooler in back room at 45 degrees.
  • Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
    Observation:noc CFPM course not completed as noted in previous inspection.
  • Untreated eggs stored in 45°F ambient air temperature
    Observation:raw shell eggs in kitchen at 85 degrees. Discarded.
