Observation: Soup held at a temp of 67 F in cooler. Butter spread out at room temp (marked keep refrigerated). Food shall be held at 41 F and below, either find a new product that can be kept at room temp, or put butter away immediately after use. Soup was discarded, and butter was put away into cooler.
