    Observation: Sandwiches, muffins, granola, desserts out for consumer self service. No labeling.

    suitable utensils are provided or dispensing methods that protect the food are used

    Observation: Chemicals in unlabeled spray bottles, labeled at time of inspection.
  • Unpackaged food protected from contamination during preparation
    Observation: In process of panning cookies, bowl of cookie dough sitting on top of garbage can.

    Observation: Bowl of half eaten food in kitchen in prep area, removed at time of inspection.
  • Foods are cooled using appropriate methods
    Observation: Placing food in tightly covered, deep pans to cool. Also placing soups in tightly covered containers and placing in reach-in cooler to cool.
