- Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS)
Observation: Removable counter top on pizza prep table with food debris and moisture trapped underneath. Tabletop was wash, rinsed, sanitized, and left to air dry to correct. Spout tops in bar with dust like accumulation. Tops removed to correct. Cleaning frequency requirements were explained during today's inspection.
- In-use utensils, between-use storage
Observation:Cup with no handle being used as an ice scoop. Cup stored directly in ice bin. Removed to correct.
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation:Baked beans in hot hold at 117 degrees in a plastic container. Beans were reheated and placed in a metal container on hold hold table to correct.
- Hand drying provided
Observation:Hand drying unavailable at handwashing sink in bar area. Paper towels will be provided. Inspector will recheck at the next regular inspection.
- Food storage, prohibited areas
Observation: Beverages, large container of chips, and condiments stored directly on the floor.
