    Observation:Wet cloth on hand sink. all wiping cloths must be air dried or stored in sanitizer.

    Observation:Soiled walls and ceiling and floor in walk in cooler. Recaulk seem in ceiling of walk in cooler. Clean ceilings and walls so they are clean to the sight and touch.

    Observation:Need self closure on back door.

    Observation:jars of pickles stored on floor of walk in cooler. All food items need to be stored six inches off floor.

    Observation:Cardboard reused in back storage room. Do not reuse old cardboard.

    Observation:Coffee pot soiled. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Wash as often as necessary to keep clean.

    Observation:1) Tiles in bar area cracked ,broken or missing. All surfaces must be smooth and cleanable.

    mold growth on front of ice chute inside large ice machine. Drain , wash, rinse, and sanitize ice machine to prevent growth and contamination of ice.

    Missing tile under large ice machine in bar area. Provide a smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable surface flooring for area.

    Provide hand soap and paper towels in women's restroom.

    Shelving in cupbaords in kitchen area are worn. Resurface with at least 2 coats of light colored paint to make surface smooth and easily cleanable.

    Has chlorine (bleach-water) and quat test strips, but missing iodine test strip for new sanitizer solution. Contact chemical provider for corrrect test strips.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Grease build-up under table holding fryer and grill and on back wall. Clean area.
  • Hand drying provided
    Provide hand soap and paper towels in women's restroom.
