    Observation: Storing clean cutting board and several other utensils in mop sink. Must store in an area away from possible contamination. Ex. stalling a wire drying rack.

    Observation: Drawer inserts of worn and no longer easily cleanable. Replace. Ex. plastic drawer insert for a cleanable and non absorbent surface.
  • Capacity, availability, and pressure of hot and cold water
    Observation: New faucet for hand sink in kitchen area has very low water pressure. Must repair or replace to ensure adequate pressure for hand washing.
