    Observation: No hot water at handsink behind the counter. Employee is using restroom handsink. Must have hot water and sufficient capacity to meet requirements .Manager will call for service. Fix the hot water at hand sink.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No valid chlorine test strips available during inspection, had QT-10 expired test strips. Must have valid chlorine test strips available to ensure proper concentration of chlorine sanitizer between 50-100 ppm.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Handwashing sign not posted at the handwashing sink. Every handsink use by employee must have sign posted reminding employee to wash their hands. Corrected on site.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: No soap available at hand sink in the store behind the counter. Employee is using handsink in the restroom. Soap must be available at every hand sink. Corrected on site.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation: Sandwiches are not date marked in reach-in display store's cooler after being thawed. Manager stated she put them yesterday. All sandwiches must be date marked when display for sale and have 7 days from date marked to use or discard the product. This is repeat violation. Corrected on site and circled date.
  • Light intensity
    Observation: Missing light bulb in reach-in beverage (lemonade and beer) cooler. Must provide adequate light intensity in the area where is food stored inside reach-in refrigerators for easily cleaning and maintaining.
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Observation: Detergents and chemicals stored next to single use items on shelf for sale. Poisonous and toxic material must be stored separated so they cannot contaminate food or single use items. Moved above, corrected on site.

    Observation: Must date mark all sandwiches and burritos when held in cooler (thawed). Have 7 days from date mark to use or discard product.
  • Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
    Observation: 1) Not correctly ware washing utensils. Must wash, rinse, then sanitize for adequate ware washing and sanitation. Corrected on site with education. 2) Bleach-water spray bottle was over 200ppm. Must maintain bleach-water at 50-100ppm. Corrected on site.
