Floor of same is non compliant and loose. Current owner has provided documentation that unit will be replaced. PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control Observation:Walk-in refrigerator is running warm. Air coming out of chiller at 49.5 degrees, shredded cheese measures 45.9 degrees, precooked ground beef patty 45.8, cut tomatoes 51.0 degrees. Records indicate refrigerator was 38.0 at 6:30 a.m. All TCS food may be moved to other properly working refrigeration. Manager stated service has been called and is coming.	02/21/2014	Routine
