Observation:Observed no hot water at kitchen handsink, the hot water heater was not working, the pilot light was out.

Observation:Removed several dented and bulging cans from store shelves, corrected on site. Repeat violation.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:There is no thermometer in basement walk-in cooler.

Observation:Observed scented bleach in use at kitchen sink, replace with unscented bleach, corrected on site.

Observation:Observed shell eggs stored above bagels in open cooler, eggs moved to lower shelf, corrected on site.

Observation:Observed bags of frozen breaded chicken and hash browns, as well as pudding and applesauce cups that do not have name and address of store and list of ingredients in order by weight.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation:A water line in basement that goes to the water softener appears to be leaking - there is water on the floor around a drainline, water travels to the south end of the basement.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation:Basement walk-in cooler door is made of layers of wood and styrofoam insulation. There are gaps between the door and frame at the latch. The door is unpainted/unsealed.
