Observation:Observed food particles on back side of deli meat slicer blade - employee stated that the slicer was cleaned yesterday but not sanitized.
- Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
Observation:There was no written policy on the clean-up of diarrhea and vomit - a copy was printed, corrected on site.
- Mechanical warewashing equipment, hot water sanitizing temperatures
Observation:The rinse cycle temperature in the dishwashing machine reaches 180 to 190 degrees, however, the thermolabel did not completely turn black. There is heavy buildup of lime inside the machine, and the ends of the upper spray arms are blocked with lime buildup.

Observation:Observed employee handling hamburger buns with bare hands, corrected on site.

Observation:There are no signed employee health reporting agreements available for review during the inspection.

Observation:There are no handwashing signs at the kitchen and wait station handsinks, printed, corrected on site.

Observation:The handsink faucet in kitchen does not fully shut off when the cold water is in use. The faucet handle for cold water at men's restroom handsink is removed, not in operation.
