Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement The only handwashing facilities provided to food handlers in the food service area is a temporary handwashing station with a water dispenser that requires physical depression of a button on the spigot to release water causing employees to recontaminate their hands during the handwashing process. Employees are unable to properly wash their hands with the water dispensing container provided. Provide a stable water dispensing container that can provide an open flow of water. Examples of open spigot water dispensing containers will be provided to the Food Service Director.
