Observation:Incident clean up kit and written procedure required
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of materials that are: durable, corrosion-resistant, non absorbent
can withstand repeated warewashing
- Disclosure of menu items offered or served raw or undercooked
Observation:Consumer advisory missing from menu that offers under cooked hamburgers
